2020 WELLNESS CONFERENCE
Casper College Counseling Services is pleased to announce its 31st annual Wellness
Conference, April 1-3, 2020, in the University/Union building on the Casper College campus.
We are looking for members of the Wyoming prevention, treatment, and therapeutic
communities to share their knowledge of various wellness-related issues with other
professionals, students, and the general public.
Tell Wyoming what you’re doing!
We invite you to share ideas and strategies that have worked for you in facilitating change
and encouraging wellness with individuals, groups, families, and communities. Presentations
are 80 minutes in length April 1st and 2nd, and we have an opening for two half-day
presentations on Friday, April 3rd (Friday is set aside specifically for mental health
professionals). Please see the other side of this form for possible topics if you do not have one
in mind. If you are interested in providing a presentation, please complete the form below and

Sponsorship Opportunities
Agencies interested in serving as a Wellness Conference sponsor have multiple
opportunities to be part of this event in 2020.
Refreshment Break Sponsors ($100 – six breaks are offered during the conference)
Refreshment Break Sponsors will have their agency names displayed at the
refreshment table acknowledging them as a Wellness Conference sponsor.
Half-day Special Topics Workshop Sponsor ($300 – two sponsors are needed at this
level in 2020)
Agencies will be able to sponsor a morning or afternoon workshop on Friday, April
3rd. The sponsor for this presentation will have the opportunity to introduce the
workshop speaker, as well as provide a brief summary of the services provided by
their agency.
Agencies providing any type of sponsorship will also be acknowledged in written
correspondence to thousands of potential clients/customers who will see our
Wellness Conference letters, brochures, and conference schedules. You may also
send a representative from your agency to the Friday workshops for free (a $60
savings).
This is your opportunity to market your services to a wide range of potential clients
and agencies across Wyoming. If you would like to serve as a Wellness Conference
sponsor, please call Kelly Green at 268-2621 no later than January 31, 2020 to
ensure your agency’s inclusion in our conference brochure and on our website.
Agencies may also display informational materials in the lobby throughout the
conference. Please contact me directly, however, to reserve a table for this
purpose. Unauthorized materials will be removed.
