Jan. 9, 2015, Casper — Wyoming Counseling Association President Janet de Vries met today with the Wyoming Mental Health Professions Licensing Board to discuss (1) funding for the University of Wyoming-Casper M.S. Counseling degree, and (2) using the WMHPLB Rules and Regulations to support provisionally licensed therapists receiving administrative supervision for the purpose of billing for Medicaid services.  Even though Supervision CEUs are not currently required, the Board members were pleased to learn that WCA is being proactive by offering Ethics and Supervision training at the Oct. 2015 conference.
